Clean Japanese style room though a bit small. Free wifi & 1st 3mins overseas calls. Free laundry service, diy. On top of that, bread with spread provided for every morning breakfast. Couldnt ask for more. Very happy with this accommodation. My second time staying with them & definitely I will return in my next time to Tokyo :)

It was the most value for money place we stayed while we're in Japan. I would definitely stay here again :)
The only downfall was the staff only spoke little English and didn't have any map of Tokyo in English. Whenever we asked something, she would say "I don't know" but tried to be helpful as possible,

The hotel is fairly clean, with excellent personal, and offers favourable location right by restaurants and the JR station and food places. I would be happy to recommend this ideal venue and would stay here again.

would love to go back
Great location close to Ikebukuro Station. Had a shared bathroom, but it was super clean. Room had air conditioning, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and tatami flooring. They provided fresh bread and daily cleaning. There were free washing machines too! Nice vibe overall and perfect for budget travelers.

Location close to Ikebukuro stn. Everything needed in the room: fridge, coffee, kettle, utensil, stove. TV. Private bathroom. Nice compromise between traditional japanese and european room. Wi-fi in the room. The price considering all this is really low. The owner speaks English.
Maybe a more detailed how-to-get note is necessary. We couldn't get what C1 is until found out it was the exit still within the station.

The room was spacious and had plenty of storage for our luggage. We enjoyed that the kitchen area was separate from the bedrooms, allowing everyone to sleep peacefully. I appreciated having access to a washing machine, made packing easier. The location was convenient for exploring various attractions. I definitely felt safe as a solo traveler.
There was some noise from other guests and I sometimes needed to wait for the shared bathrooms.

great stay but prepare for the stairs
I appreciated the spacious room, perfect for two adults and our luggage. The communal kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals with others, and the clean, well-maintained fridges were a nice touch. We also found it very convenient to leave our bags before check-in and after check-out.
The narrow and steep stairs can be quite challenging, especially with heavy bags.

The Japanese-style economy room, while compact, offered a cozy retreat, especially with the daily fresh towels. It was a challenge maneuvering around with three pieces of luggage due to the tight space. The shared kitchen was beneficial for warming food, but noise from other guests can be a disturbance.

The annex room was spacious and clean with convenient facilities, though the kitchen only had cups. The location is fantastic for exploring Tokyo, and the staff was friendly, always making sure we had what we needed.
